HOW IT WORKS:
1. Mount your bike in stationary bike trainer. Install your Reform saddle. Plug the saddle into the proprietary heating unit.
2. Hop on your bike. Set a timer based on the included forming instructions, turn on the A/C unit and pedal for the recommended 3-5 minutes while the saddle heats. Once heated, turn off the A/C unit and continue pedalling for another 5 minutes while the saddle cools.
3. You’re done! Enjoy your custom moulded saddle.
*Note that the price is for the saddle only. Once purchased, the customer have to bring their bike down and we will fit the saddle for your bike.

What payment methods can I use?

Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?
We do everything we can to fulfill orders quickly so changes may not always be possible once an order has been confirmed. This includes adding or removing items, or updating delivery details. If you’ve made a mistake, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll check whether any amendments can still be accommodated.
How To Return My Items?
We currently do not offer refunds for change of mind.
If you believe you’ve received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Our team will review the case and advise on the next steps.
For eligible items, returns must be:
- Unused and uninstalled
- In original packaging
- In resaleable condition
Please note that installed components, worn apparel, special orders, and sale items are strictly non-returnable.
